Savannah Wills currently holds the position of Recruitment Manager at Power Careers, LLC. She joined the Power Careers team in early May 2023, bringing with her five years of experience in recruiting. Savannah has developed a strong foundation in talent acquisition and possesses an impressive background in Healthcare and Healthcare IT recruitment. With over 10,000 hours dedicated to her field, she is considered an expert in her trade, as suggested by Malcolm Gladwell's theory in "Outliers." Savannah's dedication, practical approach, and deep understanding of client requirements have established her as a go-to resource for niche Healthcare and consultants. 

Savannah's professional journey exemplifies her determination and unwavering commitment to success. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Business, with a double major in Marketing and International Business, at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. Savannah's exceptional communication skills and coaching support not only help candidates excel in the interview process but also foster strong relationships with consultants. Her colleagues describe her as intrinsically motivated, exceptionally conscientious, and possessing an unparalleled work ethic. The quality of her outcomes always speaks for itself. 

Beyond her professional achievements, Savannah's passion extends to making significant contributions as a Tennis Coach for the Metropolitan Schools of Wayne Township (Ben Davis High School). Her ability to lead and supervise large groups of players, coupled with effective communication with players, parents, coaches, and athletic departments, has left a lasting impact. Savannah's competitive nature propelled her to become the #1 player in her district for 3 years. Moreover, she also played the Violin with the BD Symphonic Orchestra and was an AP student with full Academic Honors. Savannah embodies the rare combination of excelling academically, meeting athletic challenges, and enriching the world with music. Truly a remarkable individual with some amazing brain power! 

Savannah's career trajectory showcases her exceptional abilities and unwavering dedication to excellence. Her well-rounded background, combined with her unwavering commitment, makes her an invaluable member of the Power Careers team. However, there is more to Savannah than meets the eye! Did you know she is an "Army Brat", was born in Germany, and has traveled extensively across the world? From Europe to South America, there is little of the planet she hasn't seen. Savannah loves discussing how people may differ but ultimately share similar journeys. She believes in the concept of "growing where you are planted," and this adaptability enables her to relate to diverse circumstances and individual needs. In her free time, Savannah enjoys participating in rec sports, supporting Indianapolis teams and traditions, being in nature, and spending time with her dog Gordy, affectionately named after the legendary IndyCar driver, Gordon Johncock. You might come across Savannah walking with Gordy on the west side of Indy or catching a race at the Indianapolis Speedway.
