This ensures your recruitment needs are worked on as a priority over all others with thorough market analysis and candidate metrics included in each candidate portfolio upon presentation. Complete portfolios are created including pre-performed references, pre-completed background screenings, personality assessments and verified credentialing. Retained options are also especially useful in projects with short deadlines, extreme confidentiality, want to target high level rain makers or that require travel on site to work with your team and perform face to face interviews/assessments
