Mally’s journey into executive search began in 2019 as a marketing and social media assistant at Power Careers. What started as a behind-the-scenes role quickly evolved into a passion for people and a talent for uncovering top-tier candidates.

A proud graduate of Indiana University, Mally earned her degree in Public Relations with honors, all while serving as the Event Coordinator for her sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma. Her college years were marked by a strong commitment to leadership and relationship-building—traits that continue to define her today. With a network that seems to grow by the hour, Mally’s connections, contacts, and friendships span industries and geographies.

Her professional experiences are just as dynamic. As an intern with NBC Universal, Mally gained first-hand experience in marketing to diverse audiences. At Sales AI, she honed her skills in customer relationship management, lead generation, and sales strategy—contributing directly to revenue growth while mastering tools like HubSpot, Aloware, Slack, and Ninety.

Mally’s recruiting success is no surprise: she comes from a family of entrepreneurs and has been instilled with a strong Midwestern work ethic. Known for her genuine nature, persistence, and curiosity, she tackles even the most complex search assignments with grace.
