          Logan Ridlen is currently a Senior Recruitment Manager at Power Careers, LLC. Logan joined Power Careers in 2020 after spending a very successful 5 years teaching math, science, and STEM related content. With an intense focus on organization and structure, Logan brings a great leadership presence to any room she enters. Having had her own experiences looking for new teaching opportunities and relocating across the country for them, the opportunity to reinvent the recruitment process struck a nerve when embarking in this career pivot. Logan is convinced that there is only one way to ensure a good candidate fit, and it starts with phenomenal candidate education and communication. She leaves her desk every day knowing that no stone is left unturned, and no one cares more than she does about a good recruitment experience!

           Logan is a graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She received an academic scholarship to IU and also played tennis and cheer. Logan excelled in Math and Sciences at an early age, so much so that her childhood was spent with various academic accolades and achievements too numerous to mention. While at IU, Logan taught Saturday science STEM programs to elementary children. Her ability to convey difficult concepts and ensure any audience knows the end goal content is well received in recruitment. She lives in the STEM sector each and every day as she dives deep into various engineering conversations ranging from discussions with PhD electrical engineers to staff members at IVY league colleges and electrical contracting firms that she facilitates complicated recruitment projects for.

          Logan is married with two beautiful daughters. Work life balance is important to her, and she brings this perspective to the table when vetting candidates. After all, as Logan puts it, you are hiring the person not just their resume! In her free time, she likes to read, ride her Peloton, visit the beach, and hang out with her growing family. She spends much of her time helping fundraise and advocate for the Down Syndrome of Indiana group. Her youngest daughter was born with Down Syndrome and this group holds a special place in her heart.

           While Logan is originally from Indiana, she has also lived in Arizona and Florida. She comes from a family of entrepreneurs who live and breathe what it means to run a successful business. Her unwavering work ethic and ability to critically think through difficult recruitment projects makes her exceptional at project management. As clients have shared with us, something about a mid-western work ethic partnered with being one of the smartest people in the room makes Logan a true commodity to any organization.
