Starting as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half, she mastered full-cycle recruitment and excelled at sourcing talent in competitive markets. Her subsequent roles at Gaylor Electric and Heritage Construction + Materials showcased her leadership in aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
