Grant Riddle is currently a Recruitment Manager at Power Careers, LLC. Grant joined Power Careers after several successful years in construction safety and sales. Grant also spent his early career running and managing a family business. Grant is a highly technical person who dives heavily into research. He prides himself on building lasting connections with the people that he works with. His goal at Power Careers is to make an impact with people that will have them wanting to work together again. Whether that be clients, candidates, or co-workers, he truly wants to be there for YOU. Grant’s humbleness and ability to create those connections is what makes him exceptional as a recruiter. 

Grant has been a go-getter from the start. He has a true entrepreneurial spirit and a constant yearning to learn more. He comes from an entrepreneurial family with parents who started and own a restaurant and a cabinet manufacturing company. Grant’s aunt and uncle started and own a trucking and fabrication company and his cousin even co-founded and owns a large online retailer. With all of these entrepreneurial influences, Grant now works diligently to make a statement of his own in the power and energy sectors. Give Grant a difficult search assignment to sink his teeth into, and he will dive headfirst into the deep end wanting to learn every aspect of the client’s needs and nuances.

Grant is a graduate of Ball State University and has always lived around the Central Indiana region. His biggest passion has been learning about cryptocurrencies. He finds the blockchain technology behind cryptos to be groundbreaking! Grant is always looking for new ways to take this blockchain technology and apply it to everyday life needs. Another newly found passion for Grant has been the collection of Bourbon. To him, Bourbon is like buying art. He literally studies everything from the history of distilleries, the techniques of each of the distillers, the designs of the bottles, and obviously the taste!  He finds them all to be  unique conversation starters and an opportunity to learn their regional history.
