             Brittany Nichols is currently a Senior Recruitment Manager at Power Careers, LLC. Brittany joined Power Careers in 2021 after spending the past 13 years in business-to-business relationship building for the telecom, satellite and related consumer electronic device industries. With an intense focus on research, communication and building connections, Brittany is always looking for the win-win scenario. Her goal from day one is the success and longevity of the client/candidate she is working for. After learning more about recruitment processes and already understanding the sectors Power Careers supports, she was immediately a prime contributor to the organization.  Brittany is the type of recruiter that everyone knows, and everyone immediately likes because of her outgoing, approachable and genuine nature.

              Brittany’s career began in college when she was recruited directly into sales. Her leadership aptitude and ability to troubleshoot did not go unnoticed. She is a problem solver and has loved learning new technical skills/processes within the consumer electronic and telecom industry. Her ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to new situations has helped her succeed in all aspects of her life. In a span of a few years, Brittany went from desk sales to team leader, to trainer and then supervisor. She was able to rapidly navigate each customer’s needs and has impressed every employer she has worked for since. Brittany is especially gifted with patience and the ability to dig deep to solve the unsolvable communication gaps. She is known for asking many questions and our clients have come to rely on her ability to be ultra-thorough. Candidates also tell us that Brittany is extremely accommodating and goes above and beyond to ensure a successful recruitment decision. This means advocating for the things that truly matter to each party.  

              Brittany is from the mid-west and is the oldest of 3 siblings. She is from a large family, which includes over 40 cousins. Family has always been a number one priority for her, especially since starting one of her own. She attended Ball State University and Indiana Wesleyan University. Growing up the daughter of a community loved Kindergarten teacher, Brittany embraces her civic duty and participates in many not-for-profit fund-raising activities. Outside of her family and work, her next great passion is volunteering. You might even hear about her mission trips to Honduras and test her Spanish speaking capabilities the next time you chat! You might also spot Brittany on the lake boating with her husband and son during the summer months. One of her favorite places to do this is Dale Hollow.  Another thing she loves to do is travel. Her goal is to one day visit all 50 states and is well on her way. Brittany is a well-rounded individual and knowing her will feel like family!
