 Ashley Sanders is currently a Recruitment Manager at Power Careers, LLC. Ashley joined Power Careers proudly after spending her early career in the RV and RV Transport divisions. During her tenure in transport, Ashley met, worked with and recruited people from different areas of the country. Her ability to connect with just about anyone, just about anywhere did not go unnoticed. Now, as a recruiter for Power Careers, Ashley gets to work with engineers, technicians and SMEs all across the country interested in changing their career trajectories. Candidates often comment on how easy Ashley is to talk with and love her intuitive nature when assessing potential opportunities for them.

Ashley hails from Northern Indiana and is a graduate of Northridge High School. Music has always played an important role in Ashley’s life dating back to her early childhood consumed with song and dance. In high school Ashley won awards such as The Best Performer award at the Indiana State Show Choir and other contests that showcased her amazing talents! Fast forward to her adult years when in 2013 - music is what brought her and her husband together. Now, happily married since 2019, Ashley continues her love of music with her musically gifted husband. We will save the sappy love story for later, but next time you talk with Ashley – ask her about her favorite music genres, events and bands.

Although Ashley enjoys music to the fullest, she is an also a very active dog mom! She could probably write a book on Golden Retrievers. In addition to catching live music shows in various venues, Ashley also loves to spend time with family, find new vacation spots with her bestie and try new foods! Ashley’s warm nature will draw you in so prepared to pull up a cup of coffee and tell her about what music speaks to your soul or what your favorite dog breed is. She truly does bring a rare combination of intelligence and nurturing to any discussion.
